Information technologies are improving the Agricultural Market delivery to beneficiaries. The conceptualizationof governance of disseminatedinformation, used by stakeholders take important decisions, has become urgent.Therefore, aim this work is design an Governance Framework (AMIGov) focusing on capabilities Benin.The designedcapability-oriented MarketInformation frameworkextends existing model Harmonized System ofAgricultural Markets Benin. AMIGov a three capability vertical layers framework with described practices support each layer for achieving vision. noveltyof AMIGovlies in use main principles: (i) differentiation and management functions roles (ii) horizontal interactions between key (co-governance Informationwith involvement public private sectors) (iii) compliance assessments at different levels across country.
